“The Idiot Proof Diet Manual” is used by the popular Fat loss 4 Idiots weight loss plan. This manual is based on ten rules of how to lose 9 pounds every 11 days. If you follow these rules, you can too. Below, I have listed these ten rules:

Rule No. # 1: use the concept of calorie shifting. The calorie shifting method is a key concept in the Fat loss 4 idiots diet plan and is the single most important factor that makes the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet more effective than other traditional diets. You don’t really have to think about what to eat because the system will automatically generate an 11-day meal plan based on your favorite foods.

Rule # 2 – Rotation of meals By this I mean that you should rotate your protein meals one day to carbohydrate meals the next day and so on.
