I have bought many fitness equipment over the years. I’d rather exercise at home than go to the gym. I don’t like sharing equipment with a group of sweaty people and I don’t like having to work out gym hours. Since I started having the equipment at home, I can exercise whenever I want and I don’t have to worry about who didn’t clean the machine. I take good care of my equipment and try to make sure I buy the best so I don’t have to worry about a lot of repairs. Despite my research, the last few times I’ve shopped, scams have occurred to me.

I’ve always had a treadmill in my house before, but after the last few problems that gave me so much trouble, I decided it was time to change gears. This time, I invested in a Stairmaster. I always thought I was in great shape, but in the first few training sessions, I learned that I still have a lot of room for improvement. This machine exercised muscles that I hadn’t even realized needed to be exercised. The goal of having equipment at home is to stay fit.

Exercising at home is still convenient, but now I have a whole new level of challenge. I didn’t have a goal to lose weight, I just wanted to maintain my current physical condition. I was pleasantly surprised to see that after a few weeks, I was losing pounds and inches as well.

The same old thing every day was getting pretty boring. I’m glad I switched to a Stairmaster because it forced me to vary my training, with better results. I highly recommend anyone who is bored with their exercise routine, try making a few small changes. You may be surprised with the results.
