8 DAYS AMBOSELI / L. MANYARA / SERENGETI / OLDUVAI GORGE / NGORONGORO / TARANGIRE / ARUSHA

The plains of Amboseli are just below the great mountain of Kilimanjaro. Snowmelt waters trickle down mountain peaks under lava flows and emerge in Amboseli creating a green belt of marshy land amid dusty plains. Here, hippos, elephants, and birds can be seen against the backdrop of the magnificent snow-capped mountain.

In addition, the game parks of northern Tanzania are among the best in the world and offer a unique game display. The Ngorongoro Crater is famous for its hunting dog packs and a wide range of other games. Lake Manyara provides the opportunity to see tree climbing lions, where lions have developed a taste for residing in the branches of trees, up to five meters above the ground, where they can sleep and stalk their prey. Serengeti, on the other hand, is known worldwide as the origin of the annual wildebeest migration.
