Employers look for candidates who really stand out and have a professional qualification that spans exams, ethics, and experience. What may be holding you back is not your level of experience, but how you present it that counts for a company.

This scheme makes it easier for young people to face the upcoming challenges in the industry. This scheme is the apparent learning curve between the education given and the absorption of skills on the ground that can be used in the industry. The apprentice will be able to explore his subject preferences and develop it into a career. If students learned about a specific technique in the classroom, they can try it out in the world of work. Then they will be much more equipped with the technique.

The objective of this Plan is to develop skills in young people, enable them and empower them to compete in the industrial environment. In view of the scarce availability of employment in the market, it is necessary to provide opportunities for students to start their own company or to work in the company.

Therefore, it is imperative to have programs like NEEM, which provides technical training and enhances skills development by giving the right kind of exposure and knowledge to candidates. The focus of this scheme is to create a suitable talent pool for the candidates and the industry.
