8 hours of sleep

Protein before bed

Smaller dinners

This will keep the body awake and also prevent it from wasting the calories, however if one plans to have smaller dinners then the body will not go into such intense work mode at night.

Without electrical device

Today, most people like to spend their time in front of televisions, phones, tablets, laptops, etc. just before going to sleep. One should avoid this at all costs because the light from the device can disrupt the metabolism and can reduce the secretion of melatonin, which in turn can slow down the metabolism and thus hamper the weight loss process.
