Eat a little less than your true appetite. Squeeze the air out of your system from time to time by gently applying light pressure to your stomach.

The air inside your system can cause a lot of problems. So it has to be forced out to keep you fit and well.

As you know our body is composed of five elements i.e. water, soil, air, fire and Akash (sky) in a definite proportion. Whenever this system is disturbed, it is inevitable that one or another problem will arise.

A regulated life keeps you away from such problems. Therefore, it is in our best interest to follow a regulated schedule.

A regulated lifestyle is full of restrictions. Early to bed early to rise, timely breakfast, timely meals, regular exercise and selective diet schedule.

Since we are concentrating on extracting air from our digestive system, it is natural that we avoid eating gaseous foods.

It follows that grains, vegetables, fruits, and other foods that are known to produce gas in the digestive system should be avoided.

To keep our digestion fit and well, we must avoid drinking water at the time of taking meals, since the acids produced by our acorns to digest the food we eat are diluted, which makes the digestion process difficult.

When we get up in the morning after freshening up we can go for a walk if possible or we should do some exercise regularly.

Considering our age, we should concentrate more on yogic exercises. Our main concern should be getting the gases out of our system.

Once our stomach is free of gas, we can drink a glass of cold or lukewarm water and not drink anything for at least half an hour.

We are concentrating on maintaining health around the age of fifty because this is the age when most people become careless with their health, they get used to eating spicy, oily and fried foods without worrying in the least about their health.

Expelling the air from the stomach must be done very carefully. The pressure must be applied very gently so that the stomach contents do not spill out.

In our breakfasts and meals we must bring restrictive foods as detailed above.

The expulsion process should not take place until about two hours after meals. Constant practice will give you an idea of how much pressure to apply to push gas out of your stomach. The process can be repeated after a short interval until the required result is achieved.

It must be taken into account that this forced expulsion of air will be carried out through belching, which will also be in small pieces.

As we know, the digestion of the food we eat is a biochemical phenomenon. The water and gases obtained as by-products are consumed by our body while the remaining amount is eliminated from the system. The water along with other toxic substances is eliminated in the form of urine, while the gas or air is released naturally as the wind blows past.

One must eat to live and must not live to eat. Keep your stomach light, you will always feel fit and energetic. Overfeeding, on the other hand, will slow it down.

Therefore, one should be patient and continue to repeat the process from time to time, rather than getting into the habit of doing it from time to time.

To begin with, let’s talk about some precautions that should be taken when applying pressure to the stomach. Most gas is found in the upper part of the stomach. If we apply a little pressure on the stomach by sucking it in, the air will come out of the mouth in small pieces. Repeated suction will help expel a sufficient amount of gases from the system making you feel lighter.

A regular lifestyle, a balanced and healthy diet, a little exercise will never give you a chance to regret life, but will give you a long and healthy life that will be the envy of your peers.

Great care must be taken when resorting to this process of expelling air from our system, as the stomach is a very delicate organ of our body and any undue pressure on it can be problematic.

However, I will advise all fifties, that is, people over the age of fifty, to start an exercise program early in the morning with the aim of warming up the body and internal organs, as well as squeezing the air out of our system. .

As far as the exercise part is concerned, I don’t feel like interfering with the exercise program one wishes to follow. So you are free to follow the exercise program that seems best to you.

Our normal exercise procedure should not be strenuous or vigorous and should be calm. Also, our exercise must be balanced, for example, if we rotate our right hand in a full circle four times, we must also rotate our left hand four times.

This starter exercise program will add to the normal exercise routine that you want to follow regularly.

It is very easy to follow this schedule. It hardly takes 30 to 45 minutes. You don’t have to do anything more than just stretch to your fullest in all positions, i.e. lying down, on your stomach and lying on your side.

Now let’s focus on squeezing the air out of our system. There are three positions in which we can expel the air from our system.

In this process, sometimes you will have to lengthen the stomach, sometimes shorten it, sometimes you will have to suck the stomach up, and sometimes push it down.

You may need to throw, twist, twist, tilt and stretch your body and do all sorts of internal acrobatics to get the air out of your system, but always using light to moderate force or pressure and without stressing your stomach. You can also explore your own method and positions to suit your purpose. But make sure that this type of exercise is only possible on a hard bed or on a surface on a cotton mattress. Do not use foam or coconut fiber mattresses for this purpose.

This stretching will warm up the internal organs of our body.

Position one is while lying on our stomach and positions 2 and 3 follow when we are lying on our sides on our right and left sides respectively.

We need to put our hands under the chest and drive in such a way that the entire weight of the body does not fall on our stomach. When this position is achieved, we can begin the process of expelling the air from our system by sucking the stomach up. With each suction, the air will come out in pieces through the mouth. This way we can gradually expel the air from our system.

In position one, that is, lying face down, we must take certain precautions. Since in this position our stomach is strongly pressed against the bed due to our weight, there is a possibility that the contents of the stomach will spill into the mouth.

When you achieve this position, lightly press your hand against your stomach and simultaneously suck your stomach up. The air will come out in chunks through the mouth like a burp. Our stomach can be compared to a balloon. You will notice that a well-inflated balloon softens in a few days as its walls lose elasticity due to the constant pressure of the air. If after a few days we open the mouth of the balloon we find that not all the gas comes out and part remains inside the balloon because of the stretched wall.

At the age of fifty, our stomach is like a stretched balloon. The air stays full inside and that is why we don’t feel like eating anything since the stomach already seems tight. If the pressure inside the stomach increases considerably, you will often find people burping from time to time, causing embarrassment to both themselves and others.

We continue to eat one thing or another throughout the day so the level of gas within the system is likely to increase leading to complications. If we develop some technique to get the air out of our system from time to time we can stay fit and well and avoid embarrassment to ourselves and others.

I found this technique of passing gas voluntarily as it is quiet, unlike a burp, and easy to manage once you get used to it. Also, you will feel active, energetic, lighter all the time and never feel bored or lethargic.

Keep in mind that we must resort to expelling the air from our system when our stomach is almost empty.

Now let’s discuss the remaining two positions while lying on your side. In either position, whether lying on your right or left, you should bring your knees as close to your chest as possible. Then insert your right hand, if you are lying on your left side, and your left hand, if you are lying on your right side between your chest and legs, the pressure or force applied to expel the air from our system should be light. to moderate and never beyond. Exerting too much force can create problems.

Last but not least, you need to have strong willpower and a lot of patience and confidence that you will achieve what you want to achieve and nothing could stop you from moving forward.

I hope you will follow this exercise pattern and be able to avoid the problems associated with excess gas in your system.
