If I had to choose just one factor I thought
was more important in a successful exercise or
weight loss program, it would be to exercise first
thing in the morning – every morning! Some mornings
you may be able to fit in a 10 minute walk,
but it is important to try to do something every
Morning.

So why the mornings?

1. Over 90% of people who exercise *consistently*,
morning exercise. if you want to exercise
consistently, the odds are in your favor if you exercise
The first thing in the morning.

2. When you exercise early in the morning,
“activates” your metabolism and keeps it elevated
for hours, sometimes up to 24 hours! That means
you are burning more calories throughout the day alone
because you exercised in the morning!

3. When you exercise in the morning you will be
*energized* for the day! I personally feel
dramatically different on the days when I have and
I haven’t exercised in the morning.

4. Many people find that morning exercise
“regulates” your appetite for the day – that
they are not so hungry and they make better food
options Several people have told me that it puts
in a “healthy mindset”.

5. If you exercise at about the same time every
morning, and ideally wake up around the same time
time on a regular basis, your body’s endocrine system
the system and the circadian rhythms adjust to that.

Physiologically, some wonderful things begin to
happen; A couple of hours *before* you wake up,
your body begins to prepare to wake up and exercise
because he “knows” it’s about to happen. Why?
Because he “knows” that you do the same almost
every day. You benefit from that in several ways.

a) It is MUCH easier to wake up. when you wake up
at different times every day, confuse your
body and therefore is never really “ready”
To wake up.

b) Your metabolism and all the hormones involved
in activity and exercise begin to rise
as you sleep. that way you feel more
alert, energized and ready to exercise when
you wake up.

c) Hormones prepare your body for exercise by
regulate blood pressure, heart rate, blood
flow to the muscles, etc.

6. For many people, that appointed time every
the morning becomes something they look forward to.
It is time that they were reserved to do something.
good for themselves – to take care of their body,
mind and soul. Many find it’s a good time
to think clearly, pray, plan your day, or just
relax mentally.

7. Research has shown that exercise
increases mental acuity. On average it lasts
four to ten hours after exercise! no sense in
wasting that brain power while you sleep. 🙂

8. Exercising first thing in the morning is really
the only way to ensure that something else doesn’t
lots of exercises outside of your schedule. when your days
get agitated, exercise usually takes a backseat!

9. If finding time to exercise is difficult,
anyone can get up 30 to 60 minutes earlier to
exercise (if it is a priority in your life). Yew
If necessary, you can go to sleep a little earlier.
In addition, research has shown that people who
regular exercise have a higher quality
of sleep and therefore require less sleep!

10. You will feel GREAT! HAVE TO! 🙂
