Some people have an eating disorder that is common. For example, people who are having a bad day, are nervous about something, or are just in a bad mood will overeat. They will sit in front of the television and eat constantly. Many times if something bad happens to them, like perhaps losing a job or anything that touches a nerve in their emotions, they will eat again.

On the other hand, those people who are trying to stay on a weight loss program will start to overeat because they are hungry and there is no one who is honest with them about the habit of eating.

This type of eating disorder can be treated, and people don’t have to use bad things to eat all the time. However, that is exactly what the experts claim happens to them. But eating is not the answer. It would be different if you were eating healthy snacks, but most of the time these people eat French fries, candy, muffins, and so much more. And if all they do is sit on the couch watching TV, then another problem arises. I don’t exercise. So naturally, food and calories will make you gain weight.

Binge eating is not good for anyone. Some places for obese people even have support groups for binge eaters who know what this disorder does. It makes you eat instead of dealing with pressure and problems without food. No body can expect to be on a weight loss program and be a compulsive eater. It just doesn’t work that way.
