Money Makers Monthly is, well, a complicated company to navigate. The company says it is a trade magazine that reviews the direct sales and network marketing industry. They have more than twelve million entrepreneurs who are running their own distribution companies. From what we can tell, this is a company that publishes a trade magazine and then has other people sell the ads that go inside the publication.

A single issue of the trade magazine costs nearly four US dollars and six Canadian dollars. It comes out once a month and has been on the market for eleven years. It is published by Keith B. Laggos and has a circulation of two hundred thousand in the United States. That’s a pretty good figure for a trade magazine.

The Money Makers monthly income opportunity appears to be that of a Sales Manager. According to the website, the recruiter is the administrator of the ad cooperative and that person is responsible for obtaining the classified ad certificates and then placing larger ads or ads that will run in multiple regions. The ad co-op manager earns two dollars from each personally sponsored distributor and can have as many downline distributors as they wish.

To be honest, the website is very confusing. A downline of distributors is mentioned, but how to become a distributor is not mentioned. Commissions are mentioned, but there is no mention of how much commission you earn from placing ads, or what type of ads will be posted in the classifieds section. They don’t mention how often you get paid and require an upfront cost of, well, even that is confusing. The standard representative option costs forty dollars and then a monthly payment of twenty-eight dollars. The Deluxe Representative Option costs fifty dollars and then the same monthly payment of twenty-eight dollars.

Obviously, the company has been around for a while. The post is eleven years old. The website is also very nice. Unfortunately, we cannot understand how the Monthly Money Makers opportunity actually works. The website is not upfront about how much you will earn, how exactly you will earn it, and how often you will be paid. Any site that doesn’t even give you that kind of basic information in plain, understandable language (and then charges you a monthly fee) is not one you want to sign up for. Never agree to any term before you have read all the terms to which you agree.

A company as established as this should have a better way to recruit reps, or at least a comprehensive job description and compensation plan. The Money Makers monthly income opportunity has none. It seems that they are putting more effort into building the look of their website than the content of their website. Stay away from this company until your goals and requirements are more clearly defined.
