And, of course, telling yourself tonight that it has started and will continue tomorrow sounds much more acceptable.

Practice breaking vicious circles

The key to your success and pleasure To walk in virtuous circles is to practice breaking vicious circles over and over again as opportunities to do so present themselves in life. So the more you practice breaking the vicious circles, the faster and with less effort you will get into the virtuous ones. The attraction of the pleasure of the virtuous will become stronger, because you will get more in life. And as the years go by, the virtuous circles in your life will eventually become the norm, which is exactly where you want to be.
