Just like foods made from meat, poultry, milk, eggs, foods made from fish contain high-quality protein with all the necessary amino acids that are essential for healthy living.

But it is always good to eat cooked fish, since during cooking the pathological microorganisms found in some fish are killed. When cooking fish, it is always better to prepare it on the grill. Housewives must have good knowledge about many grilled fish recipes because it is healthier than other ways of cooking.

The most beneficial advantages of grilling is that it preserves flavor, color, etc. It’s also considered a fun summer activity as well as a healthy way to prepare. The time required is also much less, as the materials required for grilling are made from metals that are good conductors of electricity.

The main ingredients to prepare grilled fish are boneless white fish fillets, 3 cloves garlic, turmeric powder, shallots, galangal powder, lemongrass (white part), thinly sliced: 3 stems, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper, 4 tablespoons of oil, coriander leaves to decorate and 3 chilies with steamed rice.

Grind all the garlic, turmeric powder, shallots, lemongrass, salt, pepper, galangal powder, and chilies into a paste. Keep fish clean and ready by cutting it into a large edible size. Keep the fish in a bowl, spread the paste over it and stir well so that the fish is completely covered and keep the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Place the container on a foil-lined roasting pan and roast for 3 to 4 minutes. Toss the fish so both sides are brown. Then serve this with steamed rice with fish sauce.
